Biljana Kosanovic served as a national Coordinator of Serbian Library Consortium (KoBSON) (www.kobson.nb.rs) for twelve years and as NOAD in the last 3 years. She started and established a few national projects about disseminating scientific results published by Serbian authors. She has published 30 papers on use of scientific information, consortia and open access.
