Michal Růžička [M]is responsible for libraries systems and digital libraries at the Masaryk University.Currently, he is active mainly in long term preservation (LTP) and data management projects (FR CESNET 2014/1 LTP-Pilot) project finished 2015, ARCLib project since 2016 [to be finished 2020]). He cooperates in Operation of the Czech Digital Mathematics Library (DML-CZ) and participated on developments of the European Digital Mathematics Library (EuDML).He works at the Institute of Computer Science since 2011 and obtained his Ph.D. in Computer Science at the Masaryk University in 2018.

Niamh Brennan

Niamh Brennan is Program Manager for Research Informatics in Trinity College Library Dublin where she works on the development of Trinity's Research Support System and its institutional repository, TARA (Trinity's Access to Research Archive). She is a member of several national and international groups working on open access to research outputs and enabling their improved reporting, retrieval and evaluation. These include Ireland's National Steering Group on Open Access Policy (which represents all Irish funding councils and research agencies and institutions), RIAN (Ireland's Open Access Research Portal) Steering Group, DART-Europe (Digital Access to Research Theses Europe), OpenAIRE and OpenAIRE Plus (FP7). She is a member of the management councils of two key Irish journals in economics and social sciences and has partnered in a number of research projects in digital humanities, international development and social sciences. Niamh coordinates a national sectoral project in Ireland, funded by the HEA and managed by the IUA, which develops research reporting standards and research evaluation methodologies with a particular focus on developing new ways of demonstrating research impact.

Since October 2017, Paula Moura integrates the Open Access Projects team, in the Documentation Service, at the University of Minho.
Between 2002 and 2017 she was an information professional at the Transport and Communications Museum.
In 1996 she finished her degree in History (scientific branch) at the University Portucalense. Between 2001-2006 she attended post-graduate studies in Library and Information Science - libraries and documentation centers (2001-2003) and, in archive and record and management (2003-2006), in the same university.
In October 2009 she completed a Master's Degree in Information Management at the University of Aveiro, developing the master dissertation in Information Management in cultural organizations, using digital environment to aggregate and access information
At the moment she’s attending a Master in Information Systems at the University of Minho.

First as IT-manager and now four and half years in several projects in different roles: e.g. OpenAIRE2020 NOAD, project manager in project Mildred, chair of the data model working group in Finnish National Open Science and Research Initiative, product owner in ATTX 2016 –project. Earlier career including nine years working in the IT-department of the University of Helsinki, most of the time as IT-manager. One and half years as business consultant in a private company. Seven years in different positions in faculty level in the University of Helsinki.

Peter Stanchev is a professor in the Software Engineering and Information Systems Department at the Institute of Mathematics and Informatics, Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. He is also a professor at Kettering University, Flint, Michigan, USA. He has M.Sc., Ph.D. and D.Sc. in Mathematics/Computer Science from Sofia University. He has forty-five years of professional experience in of multimedia systems, database systems, multimedia semantics, education, open access to scientific information and data and medical systems. He has published 2 books, more than 200 chapters in monographs, journal and conference peer-reviewed papers, more than 200 conference papers and seminars, and has more than 1800 citations, h-index - 22, i-10 index – 36, impact factor – 77.03. Serving also on many database and multimedia conference program committees, he is currently editor-in-chief and member of the editorial boards of several journals. He is the Bulgarian representative in the EU OpenAIRE projects since 2008.

Silvia Horakova holds Master degree from Comenius University – Department of Library and Information Studies and is working since 2016 in SCSTI in Contact Office for Open Access and as NOAD for Slovakia. We are organizing conferences and since 2018 we are running Open Access course for librarians and researchers.

Sylvia Koukounidou, is a University officer and holds the position of the coordinator of the Digitization and Archives office of the University of Cyprus Library.

She has a BSc in Archival and Library Science and an MBA with concentration in MIS - Management Information Systems.

Since 2004, Sylvia is participating in many projects of the University of Cyprus Library and from September 2009 she is participating in the Pan- European projects OpenAIRE as a NOAD representative.
