Androniki Pavlidou

Services Portfolio Manager

Androniki holds a Mathematics degree from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece, and an MSc in Science and Innovation Management from the Utrecht University, The Netherlands. Since 2020, she pursued a new knowledge and experiences path, by starting a Bachelor and integrated master studies program as a Design Engineer, from the University of the Aegean.

She had worked in the IT sector and founded two startups: Fansinator and Datalization. The startup experience allowed her to be mentored and learn from the best. She had won the CAPSELLA (H2020 project) hackathon and the 2nd prize in San Francisco TechCrunch Disrupt Hackathon (Panasonic aviation challenge). She had also won the #DiploHack Athens European competition implementing the Datalization platform that triggers EU citizens to easily discover EU Open Data, their usage in their life, their business and politics. She also participated in the MIT Enterprise Forum Greece with Datalization and worked as a project manager in OpenMinTeD project and as a task lead in OpenAIRE-Advance Open Innovation and Citizen Science tasks. Currently works on IntelComp (H2020 project) as an Innovation Manager, participate on EOSC FUTURE (H2020 project) on the Digital Innovation Hub and on OpenAIRE-Nexus (H2020 project) as a Services Portfolio Manager.

Androniki is a dedicated task driven innovator, who is passionate about technology, and turning research findings into innovative products/services.

Looking towards a creative blending of Open Science and OpenAIRE services with innovative products and services built by SMEs and startups, that offer solutions to people's problems, unravelling the value of Open Science.
