Upcoming meeting: 8th of June at 14h30 CEST
The upcoming Community Call will be on the 8th of June. The Community Calls for Content Providers aims to present and discuss the most recent developments from OpenAIRE, upcoming releases from the PROVIDE related services and other relevant topics. Through the calls, OpenAIRE provides clear and accurate information on its infrastructure and service developments.
These calls are targeted to all OpenAIRE content provider managers, catch up with latest OpenAIRE services enhancements, express interest and queries on the topics under discussion and of course provide feedback.
The upcoming meeting will be dedicated to present the relevant novelties in the new usage statistics reports, as a result from the updates from Release 4 to Release 5 of the COUNTER Code of Practice, in which the OpenAIRE UsageCounts statistics reports are based. Participants will also be asked to give their feedback on the best options for PROVIDE service regarding the delivering of reports based on both Releases 4 and 5, in order to identify the best options to meet their needs.
Book in your calendar the upcoming meeting and stay updated on the latest developments. The Community calls are open to all OpenAIRE content provider managers and we welcome any feedback from users.

Access your dashboard and update the ToU
The Terms of Use for Content Providers (ToU) are now displayed in the PROVIDE Dashboard interface. In order to be more transparent and to display more clearly the ToU to data source managers who are using the PROVIDE service, the Dashboard interface was updated to display the options to accept the ToU and to agree to the re-use of full texts.
Despite this update happening now in the user interface, data source managers registered in OpenAIRE, were already giving consent to download, transform and enrich the metadata records, publishing them in the OpenAIRE Research Graph.
With this new implementation in the dashboard interface, managers with data sources registered, can update their consent by logging to PROVIDE in two ways:
i) when performing the first access after this implementation a pop-up window will appear to update the ToU; ii) or accessing to the Update / Update the ToU menu of each registered data source
For new registrations, the acceptance of ToU is made through the registration process in a dedicated step.
We would like to invite you to update the ToU of your data source by accessing the PROVIDE dashboard at https://provide.openaire.eu/.
