New OpenAIRE Content Providers: check out the latest entries

Along 2018 OpenAIRE have aggregated several new data sources from a broad range of typologies and geographies. From the 152 new content providers we can find Institutional Repositories (Aggregators), Thematic Repositories, Data Repositories and Journal Aggregators/Publishers from Europe and beyond (as example, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Indonesia, Oman, United Arab Emirates, Venezuela, and many others).

There are currently about 1200 Compatible Content Providers compatible with the OpenAIRE guidelines, covering a diversity of geographies and content typologies (publications, research data, software), representing currently over 25 million publications and 671 K datasets.

New OpenAIRE content providers: some of the most recent from July to December 2018 from OpenAIRE

OpenAIRE Content Provider Dashboard - now in production!

Since October 2018 the OpenAIRE Content Provider Dashboard is available in production at https://provide.openaire.eu/. This new service, is a one-stop-shop web service where content providers (repository, data archive, journal, aggregator, CRIS system) interact with OpenAIRE.

It provides the front-end access to many of OpenAIRE's backend services:

- Validate: Use our validation service and see how you can apply the OpenAIRE Guidelines to expose your contents using global standards.

- Register: Register your datasource in OpenAIRE and be part of a global interlinked network.

- Enrich: OA Broker service offers a wealth of information on scholarly communication data.

- Measure: Open Metrics service by sharing your usage data. Get the benefit of an aggregated environment to broaden the mechanisms for impact assessment
