SoBigData-PPP Webinar: OpenAIRE facilities for the RI
The second seminar of Task 8.2 unites OpenAIRE experts Alessia Bardi and Angeliki Tzouganatou to demonstrate how OpenAIRE services drive rapid deployment and sustained success of the forthcoming Research Infrastructure (RI).
We open with a strategic overview of the Open Science paradigm, the European Open Science Cloud (EOSC), and pivotal EU policy frameworks to anchor implementation priorities. Next, we unpack the structure and mandate of OpenAIRE AMKE across its three pillars: services, policy-making & capacity building. We then navigate the OpenAIRE Graph to visualize data linkages among publications, datasets, and projects, enabling evidence-based planning. A live demo of the MONITOR dashboard for SoBigData follows, showcasing real-time compliance and progress tracking. Finally, we dive into EXPLORE’s advanced search and filtering tools to streamline integration of RI outputs. A concise Q&A rounds off the session.
Participants will leave armed with actionable strategies to embed OpenAIRE tools, catalyse interoperability, and reinforce sustainable governance across all RI nodes.
