The Spanish Foundation for Science and Technology (FECYT) participates as the national node in the European project OpenAIRE Advance, carrying out dissemination of the activities and policies of the European Commission related to open access to research outcomes, in the framework of its activities to promote and support open access policies.
Within this context, FECYT, in collaboration with the National Library of Health Sciences of the Carlos III Health Institute (ISCIII), organizes this one-day event. It´s aim is to contribute to a better understanding of the research funding agencies' open access policies, how to comply with their mandates, and what infrastructures and services are available to the research community.
