Spend half a day with us and explore the big idea behind Open Science – what is it and why should we care? Researchers, research support staff and library staff are increasingly being asked about Open Science. In institutional policies and through funder and publisher requirements.

The supporters behind Open Science believes that all science should be open, but how is that even possible in a GDPR reality?

At this event we will try to address these issues though three exiting presentations:

  • Open Science explained by Jon Tennant
  • OpenAIRE and EOSC presented by Mike Mertens
  • Making sensitive data FAIR through distributed learning presented by Dr. Carsten Brink

All presentations in English.

Come and learn about Open Science on the 14. November 2019, 13:30-16:00.

The event takes place at the Ministry of Higher Education and Science, Bredgade 43, Copenhagen and is brought to you by OpenAIRE and DeiC.
