Join the 34th OpenAIRE Content Providers Community Call

Upcoming meeting: February 5th at 14h30 CET

The Community Calls for Content Providers aim to present and discuss the latest developments from OpenAIRE, upcoming releases from the PROVIDE related services and other pertinent topics. These calls offer clear and accurate information about OpenAIRE's infrastructure and service developments.

The upcoming session will focus on two main topics: 1st) presentation of the new OJS Connector for OpenAIRE Graph, 2nd) the most recent updates in the PROVIDE dashboard.

The Community calls are open to all OpenAIRE content provider managers and we welcome feedback from all users.

New OJS Connector for OpenAIRE Graph

Get to know how to ensure the compatibility of your OJS Journal with OpenAIRE Guidelines

For journals based on Open Journal Systems (OJS), there is a new OJS plugin (OJS Connector for the OpenAIRE Graph), which ensures compatibility with the latest version of the OpenAIRE guidelines for Literature, institutional, and thematic Repositories (OpenAIRE 4.0 guidelines). Is available at https://github.com/munipress/openAIREstandard and supports the current three major OJS versions 3.2.1, 3.3 and 3. 

For Journal managers who would like to register their OJS Journal in OpenAIRE and also for those already registered, a user guide was published in order to support the adoption of this new plugin. This user guide offers step-by-step guidance on how to:

• use the OJS Connector
• register a OJS Journal in OpenAIRE
• use the OJS Plugin for the JATS xml format

Latest updates to the PROVIDE dashboard

Discover the new deployments and bug fixes

The OpenAIRE PROVIDE Dashboard was recently updated to include additional new features and to fix some minor bugs. Over the last months, the PROVIDE team has been working to make these new updates available, always aimed at offering a service that increasingly meets the needs of its users.
