The OpenAIRE PROVIDE dashboard offers a set of functionalities for registered datasources, including content enrichment, through a powerful tool that enables Repository Managers to enrich research results with additional metadata, via the OpenAIRE Broker Service.
OpenAIRE Broker allows content providers to complete and enrich metadata of their registered scholarly works with information from the OpenAIRE Graph, by subscribing to notifications of different types. The Broker is able to notify Repository Managers when the OpenAIRE Graph contains information that is not available in the original collection of the data source.
“How do I receive notifications about new metadata that may enrich my repository contents?”
- Access the PROVIDE Dashboard
- Select your data source
- Go to the menu: Enrichments
- Browse events: choose from the list the events from which you want to receive notifications
- Tweak and refine events
- Select the option “Subscribe to these events”
