Short Bio:
Ms Iryna Kuchma is the OA programme manager at Stichting EIFL.net. Her responsibilities include advocacy of OA to research results, developing OA and open data policies, training and support on OA, open data and open science; and  managing the EC funded project OpenAIRE2020. Iryna is a member of  Directory of  OA journals  Advisory Board, DSpace Community Advisory Team, NDLTD  (Networked Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations) Board of Directors, the Open Library of Humanities Committee.
