Short Bio:
Nina Karlstrøm is a librarian working for Unit – the Norwegian Directorate for ICT and Joint Services in higher education and research. She is head of the Licence Agreement and Open Access team at Unit, being in charge of the Norwegian consortium of licence agreements with publishers. She and her team also work as national coordinators for Open Access in  Norway, a role given Unit by the Norwegian Ministry of Education and Research. She is also chief editor for the Norwegian site openaccess.no.
Nina is currently on the OA2020 Advisory Board, and has served on the SCOAP3 Executive Board.

Nina Karlstrøm is Head of Section Licence Agreements and Open Access at Unit, Norway. Unit negotiates licence agreements for Norwegian research institutions, and is also coordinator for work on Open Access in Norway. Nina represents Norway in EUA Big Deals Group, she is also the National Contact Point in SCOAP3, and serves on the Advisory Board of OA2020.
