- Mr. Kevin J. Ellul is the Director, Library Services at the University of Malta. In 2004, he graduated with a Masters’ degree in Library and Information Management from Loughborough University, UK. He contributes actively towards the scholarly information strategy of the University through a proactive role in the digital learning and study enironment, in close affinity with patron needs, emergent publishing ventures, and the University’s teaching and reseach programmes. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Library and Information Professionals (CILIP) and is particularly interesed in information literacy, human information behaviour and the use of electronic information services in academic environments. Furthermore, he sits on the UM Senate and is the National Point of Reference on Access to and Preservation of Scientific Information.
