Anja Oberlaender was repository manager at the Library of the University of Konstanz and project coordinator of the projects "Information platform open-access.net" (2006-2010) and “Open Access subject repositories” (2010-2012), funded by the German Research Foundation (DFG). She is also the project manager responsible for the German National Open Access Desk in the OpenAIRE project.
