The OpenAIRE Annual Report 2025 captures a year of growth, collaboration and collective action across our network. It highlights progress across our services and the OpenAIRE Graph, training and capacity building, partnerships, projects and contributions to EOSC, alongside developments across our members and National Open Access Desks. It also reflects on a year in which Open Research Information, responsible research assessment, trust and sovereignty became increasingly important, and looks ahead to the priorities shaping OpenAIRE’s 2026–2028 strategy.
