Over the past decade, my work has focused on the transformation of scholarly communication and its related domains. I have delivered extensive training for researchers to support the smooth adoption of changes in scholarly publishing, open science, and research practices, successfully engaging a broad and diverse community. A core part of my expertise lies in research assessment, which I see as essential for achieving a cultural change. In parallel, I actively contribute to the development of the University of Debrecen’s CRIS and related IT tools, with a strong emphasis on open infrastructures, sustainable systems, and community-driven solutions.
