Mojca Kotar received her PhD degree in librarianship (bibliometrics) from the University of Ljubljana in 2006. She works as the Assistant Secretary General at the Rectorate of the University of Ljubljana in the University Office of Library Services. Her interests include academic libraries, information resources and open access in science. She participates in openaccess.si, openscience.si and OpenAIRE projects.
