Spanish national Thesis mandate

A Royal Decree-Law has been released in which, according with its article 14.5.:
Spanish Universities are asked to archive the Thesis, once approved, in the Institutional Repository. An electronic copy of it, with all additional information, is to be sent to the Ministry of Education for appropriate purposes.
