Our OpenAIRE representatives in France, Serbia and Turkey have worked tirelessly to help establish Open Access policies in their countries! In France and Serbia, national Open Access Mandates have been announced, while in Turkey a national thesis mandate has been installed.
OpenAIRE Guidelines allow content providers in EOSC to expose metadata about their research products in a uniform, broadly accepted format, thereby maximizing their accessibility, interoperability, findability, and support of reproducibility according to FAIR data principles.
Tons of data are created in EU projects. Check out how the information from the EU NanoSafety Cluster has been visualized as linked open data, using the Scholia Platform. The OpenAIRE REST API has been used to obtain links between items for projects and items for journal articles indexed in PubMed.
Interoperability metadata for the emerging EOSC ecosystem
EOSC-hub and OpenAIRE Advance are proud to be part of the EOSC implementation roadmap, which is based on six strategic action lines: a) architecture, (b) data, (c) services, (d) access and interfaces, (e) rules and (f) governance.
