Is there a recipe for advancing open science at national level? Yes! And it includes synergies coupled with monitoring. University of Belgrade, in collaboration with the Serbian Ministry of Education, Science, & Technological Development strengthened the national Open Science policy by using OpenAIRE monitoring service.
Whose job is to train our research force in digital skills?
The European Commission firmly supports the need for digitals skills in several fields & industries. The European Skills Agenda sets ambitious objectives for upskilling and reskilling Europe’s workforce, including its researchers. Making the best of our efforts for data literacy may become a challenge, especially at national level. Our Greek NOAD is exploring synergies with the national Digital Skills and Jobs Coalition.
