OpenAIRE: Call for Tender for Sustainability Model and Business Plan
OpenAIRE wishes to commission a study which will provide OpenAIRE and the European Commission with a Sustainability Model and Business Plan.

OpenAIRE is an infrastructure that supports the implementation of Open Access to research in Europe. A major milestone in the initiative is to produce a business plan for the infrastructure, which consists of an online digital infrastructure and a human network to support its implementation.
The study has four main goals:
