At the Helsinki University Library, Pauli's responsibilities include promoting the use of the project portfolio, enterprise architecture and administrative tasks related to international projects. He has been OpenAIRE NOAD in Finland since 2015 and he was chair of the Standing Committee Management and Administration. In Executive Board his role is Treasurer. He is also member of SC Training and Support and SC Outreach, Communication and Engagement. At national level Open Science initiatives he has chaired three working groups and been member of several others
