For over seven years, OpenAIRE was dedicated to offering OpenAIRE LOD Dump, an RDF dataset that exposed OpenAIRE Graph contents structured according to a predetermined RDF schema. This resource was also accompanied by an online SPARQL endpoint that was offering a convenient user interface to pose queries and retrieve data from the latest version of this RDF dataset.
As OpenAIRE is now evolving its focus on alternative, more powerful technologies for querying knowledge graphs that will allow further exploitation of our collection of datasets and optimize our resources, we have decided to discontinue supporting OpenAIRE LOD services.
This means that, starting from Monday, May 8, 2023, the SPARQL endpoint will shut down and that no new OpenAIRE LOD Dump versions will be released.
Of course, all past versions of the dataset will remain available on Zenodo for anyone interested.
