OpenAIRE has made H2020 project reporting even easier! Just deposit your publication in an OpenAIRE compatible repository and all your project publications will automatically appear in the EC’s CORDIS system and be reported automatically to the EC's participant portal.
A new functionality has been recently released in the EC participant portal that allows publications aggregated by OpenAIRE to be automatically available on each H2020 project reporting area. Just deposit your publication in an OpenAIRE compatible repository and all your project publications will automatically appear in CORDIS system and will be reported automatically to the EC's participant portal.
How? It’s simple
1.Deposit the final peer reviewed manuscript or publisher’s PDF in an institutional or subject repository (or Zenodo if no other option is available), interacting with OpenAIRE, as soon as possible and at the latest upon publication. A publication list on your project website is not enough – it’ll go unnoticed!
2.Acknowledge project funding: include the terms ["European Union (EU)" and "Horizon 2020"] or ["Euratom" and “Euratom research and training programme 2014-2018"]; the name of the action, acronym and grant number; the publication date and length of embargo period if applicable, and a persistent identifier (e.g. DOI, handle) in the bibliographic record during the deposit process.
3.Ensure open access to the deposited publication. An embargo of six months (or 12 months for the social sciences and humanities) is acceptable.
Many repositories interact with OpenAIRE: they share information with OpenAIRE allowing us to link your publications with your project.
