Friction Map For Brazil In 2014

Summary This map shows friction values on a grid of 90x90 meters for Brazil. Friction values represent the average travel time by car, boat, train or foot (depending on the surface) to cross one grid-cell in horizontal or vertical space. Friction maps are fundamental for calculating accumulated costs maps that can serve as a substitute for infrastructure data in spatial modelling. The base-data used for creating this friction map comprises: A layer of road-infrastructure data...

Big Data Analytics: Data-Driven Optimization Of Manufacturing Companies

Bauer, Dennis; Maurer, Tobias (2017)
Publisher: Zenodo
This dataset contains the result of a survey conducted to identify the transformation of manufacturing companies by big data analytics. It contains 154 participations from employees of manufacturing companies of which 133 have completed all questions. Popc Monolayer Simulations With Slipids+Opc

Javanainen, Matti; Cwiklik, Lukasz (2017)
Publisher: Zenodo
POPC monolayers simulated at a varying area per lipid in the NVT ensemble. The Slipids lipid model [1,2] is employed together with the 4-point OPC water model [3]. Each system contains two monolayers with 64 lipids each, except for the system '120large', which contains 256 lipids per monolayer. These monolayers are separated by a water slab, and surrounded by vacuum.  The number in the filename corresponds to the area per lipid in Ångströms. The starting structures were taken from [4]...

Allenminer V2.1 Data Files

Davis, Fred (2015)
Publisher: Zenodo
This dataset accompanies the ALLENMINER software package ( http://fredpdavis.com/allenminer ) that searches gene expression in the adult and developing mouse brain and spinal cord atlases published by the Allen Institute for Brain Science.   ALLENIMNER v2.1 downloads these fastsearch files to accelerate searches within named brain regions.

Extracellular Recordings From A Locust (Schistocerca Americana) Antennal Lobe.

Pouzat, Christophe; Mazor, Ofer (2015)
Publisher: Zenodo
Raw data from a tetrode recording from the antennal lobe (the first olfactory relay) of a locust, Schistocerca americana. The data were filtered (before A/D conversion) between 300 and 5000 Hz and sampled at 15 kHz. See Pouzat, Mazor and Laurent (2002) Journal of Neuroscience Methods 122(1): 43--57 for recording details. The data were recorded with a "Michigan probe", now sold by NeuroNexus (http://neuronexus.com/). A picture of the probe--made of 16 channels making 4 tetrodes--...
