Observation of a Resonance in e+ e- Annihilation Just Above Charm Threshold

RAPIDIS, SLAC-220 (JUN 1979). THEY INCLUDE THE EFFECTS OF AN 8 PCT INCREASE OF THE EVALUATED LUMINOSITY.
