Multiple Cause of Death, 1990

United States Department of Health and Human Services. National Center for Health Statistics (1994)
Publisher: ICPSR - Interuniversity Consortium for Political and Social Research
This data collection presents information about the causes of all deaths occurring in the United States during 1990. Data are provided concerning underlying causes of death, multiple conditions that caused the death, place of death and residence of the deceased (e.g., region, division, state, county), whether an autopsy was performed, and the month and day of the week of the death. In addition, data are supplied on the sex, race, age, marital status, education, usual occupation, and origin or...

The size effect in concrete structures

Ozbolt, Josko; Eligehausen, Rolf; Petrangeli, Mario (1994)
Publisher: Universität Stuttgart
Embargo end date: 2016/03/31
In the present paper the results of a size effect study on plain concrete unnotched and notched beams loaded in three-point bending are shown and compared with experimental results and Bazant's size effect law. The numerical results, obtained using the nonlocal microplane finite element code, confirm a strong size effect for smaller beam sizes. However, for larger unnotched beams the nominal strength tends to a constant value related to the uniaxial tensile strength. These results are in good...

World Values Survey, 1981-1984 and 1990-1993

World Values Study Group (1994)
Publisher: ICPSR - Interuniversity Consortium for Political and Social Research
This data collection has been superseded by a new data collection that integrates all four waves of the European and World Values Surveys. For a description and for information on how to access the new data collection see: [ICPSR4531] EUROPEAN AND WORLD VALUES SURVEYS FOUR-WAVE INTEGRATED DATA FILE, 1981-2004.

Photoproduction of J / psi mesons at HERA

DESY-HERA. Measurement of the cross section for photoproduction of the J/psi meson in e- p collisions at cm energy 296 GeV in the W range 30 to 180 GeV and the Q**2 range & lt;= 4 GeV**2.

Uniform Crime Reporting Program Data [United States]: County-Level Detailed Arrest and Offense Data, 1991

United States Department of Justice. Federal Bureau of Investigation (1994)
Publisher: ICPSR - Interuniversity Consortium for Political and Social Research
This data collection contains county-level counts of arrests and offenses for Part I offenses (murder, rape, robbery, assault, burglary, larceny, auto theft, and arson) and Part II offenses (forgery, fraud, embezzlement, vandalism, weapons violations, sex offenses, drug and alcohol abuse violations, gambling, vagrancy, curfew violations, and runaways). Two sets of county populations are reported: one for total county population and the other for counties reporting six months or more of data.

A Precise measurement of the weak mixing angle in neutrino nucleon scattering

FNAL-E770. Precise measurement of the weak mixing angle from the ratio of neutral current to charged current inclusive cross sections in deep-inelastic neutrino-nucleon scattering. The data were gathered at the CCFR neutrino detector in the Fermilab quadrupole-triplet neutrino beam, with neutrino energy up to 600 MeV.

USGS Water Data for the Nation

United States Geological Survey (1994)
Publisher: U.S. Geological Survey
This collection provides access to water-resources data collected at approximately 1.5 million sites in all 50 States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. Online access to this data is organized around the categories surface water, groundwater, water quality, and water use.\r\n\r\nSurface-water data includes more than 850,000 station years of time-series data that describe stream levels, streamfl...
