По данным качественного, спектрального и хроматографического анализов, в свежих плодах облепихи содержатся флавоноиды (рутин и кверцетин) и каротиноиды (β-каротин). Методами спектрофотометрии и титриметрии установлено количественное содержание дубильных веществ, органических кислот, флавоноидов, гидроксикоричных кислот и каротиноидов. Результаты составили соответственно 63,83±5,12%; 20,61±0,68%; 1,09±0,12%; 0,40±0,02% и 52,29±2,11 мг% (в пересчете на абсолютно сухое сырье).
