В работе проведено фитохимическое исследование околоплодника и шрота плодов ореха маньчжурского (Juglans mandshurica Maxim., сем. Juglandaceae), собранных в Хабаровском, Приморском краях и Еврейской автономной области (ЕАО), для оценки возможности их хозяйственного использования. Установлено, что плоды ореха являются ценным источником биологически активных веществ (БАВ): в околоплоднике и обезжиренном ядре содержатся минеральные, фенольные: кумарины, флавоноиды, нафтохиноны, дубильные вещества и др. Обоснована целесообразность использования плодов маньчжурского ореха в пищевой, фармацевтической и других отраслях промышленности.
