Изучена динамика растворения полисахаридов пшеничной соломы в процессе делигнификации реакционной смесью «Н2О2–Н2О–АсОН–АсООН-катализатор». Основные компоненты, переходящие в раствор в первом периоде пероксидной варки пшеничной соломы (до достижения выхода твердого остатка 80–82%), – лигнин и арабиноксилан. Дальнейшее снижение выхода при продолжении варки происходит за счет растворения продуктов окислительной и гидролитической деструкции всех полисахаридов твердого остатка.
