Разработан удобный метод препаративного синтеза хиральных метиловых эфиров (E,2S,3S)-2-арилиденамино-3-метилвалериановых кислот – производных бензальдегидов ванилинового ряда и госсипола. Строение синтезированных соединений подтверждено данными элементного анализа, ИК, УФ, ЯМР 1Н и хромато-масс-спектров.
