Методом газовой хроматомасс-спектрометрии установлен компонентный состав продуктов пероксидазного окисления гваякола в водных растворах и смесях воды с диметилсульфоксидом (ДМСО). В качестве начальных продуктов реакции окислительного сочетания гваякола идентифицированы пять димерных соединений. Дейтерирование продуктов реакции и анализ масс-спектров полученных производных позволили идентифицировать два компонента как простые эфиры и три соединения, принадлежащих к классу диметоксидифенилов. Для системы вода – ДМСО показано, что состав продуктов реакции сохраняется при переходе от водного к водно-органическому растворителю с содержанием органической фазы до 30%.
