Из суммы экстрактивных веществ, полученных экстракцией ацетоном мелко измельченных сухих корней Bilacunaria microcarpa (M. Bieb.) Pimenov & V.N. Tikhom. методом колоночной хроматографии, кроме ранее выделенных кумаринов остола (C15H16O3, т. пл. 84–85 °С), бергаптена (C12H8O4, т. пл. 188–189 °С), изоимператорина (C16H14O6, т. пл. 109–110 °С), оксипеуцеданина (C16H14O5, т. пл. 141–143 °С), оксипеуцеданин гидрата (C16H16O6, т. пл. 132–134 °С), выделены два кристаллических вещества состава C15H14O4, т. пл. 108–109 °С (I), и C16H16O6, т. пл. 127–129 °С (II).На основании спектральных (ИК-, ЯМР 1Н, 13С, 13С Dept, Dept 90) данных доказано, что они имеют строение, идентичное строению пеуцеданина и прангенин гидрата соответственно.
