In a short report we presents additional information of the DNA content and ploidy levels of 4 species of the genus Pedicularis L. (Orobanchaceae). Data were collected using flow cytometry. For the 3 types ofP. anthemifolia, P. flava, P. venusta measurements were carried out for the first time. Additional data were obtained P. compacta. It was found that the ploidy level of the three species is one and corresponds to a set of chromosomes 2n = 2x = 16. For species P. anthemifolia second set ploidy level 2n = 4x = 32.
