The essential oils of Phlomis tuberose which grows in Krasnoyarsky Krai and Irkutsk Region were obtained with steam distillation method and analyzed by GC-MS. It was found  that the essential oil  consist of more tnan 80 compounds, the most abundant of which are β-elemene, τ-muurolol, E-azarone, phytol, linoleic acid, bornyl acetate, δ-cadinene, chamazulene, palmitic acid et. al. The features of quantitative composition were noticed
