It was established, that the reaction of sulfation of allobetulin by an chlorosulfonic acid in 1,4-dioxane or N,N-dimethylformamide proceeded at temperature 40–50 °C. It was shown that for full etherification of allobetulin to allobetulin 3-sulfat 4–5 hours were necessary. Allobetilin 3-sulfate have received in the form of natrium or potassium salt. The structure of allobetulin 3-sulfate was confirmed by methods of IR and NMR 13C spectroscopy.
