The research study sought to investigate the effect of leadership styles practiced in State Bank of Patiala (SBOP) and their effect on employee performance. The purpose of this study was concerned with analyzing the effect of leadership styles on their ability to influence work and productivity in SBOP in a manner that creates efficiency and effectiveness. The objectives that guided the study were; to identify the various factors of leadership and find possible relationship of leadership styles and employees performance to investigate the effect of corporate leadership styles affect employee performance. There has also been positive effect on the Organisational behaviour of Employees of SBOP.
