Management is the specific function, the specific instrument to make institutions capable of producing results. Today, innovation and entrepreneurship have changed. There are different ways of breeding, executing and practicing those concepts around the world. This paper looks at Druckers theory, whats applicable for today and what is not. The practical reality is entrepreneurship and innovation are not manifested the same in an international marketplace. In fact, they are not all systematic as Drucker believed.
