More over many SSI units in our country is highly struggling to continue with their business.TQM is one of the tool that every manufacturer in India is trying to implement for which they can minimize the cost of production & increase the profitability. However transferring the companys management practices such TQM, JIT from one place to another has many hurdles to cross.
