Das Arbeitspapier diskutiert vor dem Hintergrund veränderter gesetzlicher Rahmen-und Wettbewerbsbedingungen in der Autoverwertung Ziele und Maßnahmen zurStärkung kleiner und mittelständischer Verwertungsbetriebe. Der Bereich GebrauchteAutoteile wird im Rahmen eines regionalen Fallbeispiels einer tiefergehenden Analyseunterzogen. Hieraus werden Vorschläge zur regionalen Netzwerkbildung innerhalb derBranche und neue Dienstleistungsperspektiven abgeleitet. Ein wesentliches Koope-rationsfeld ist die datentechnische Vernetzung der verschiedenen Lagerbestände undderen Vermarktung im Internet. Die Modernisierung dieser Bereiche ist das zentraleZiel des Projektes Autoteile per Mausklick, dessen Beratungs- und Qualifizierungs-ansatz abschließend vorgestellt wird. This paper discusses aims and measures to strengthening small and medium-sizedbusinesses of the automobile recycling branch beyond the background of changing legalframe- and competition conditions. The field used carparts undergoes a profoundanalysis within a regional case study. As a result proposals for regional networkbuilding in the branch and new services will be derived. A basic field of cooperation isthe data-technical networking of differing stocks and their marekting with the help ofthe internet. The modernisation of these fields is the central aim of the projectAutoteile per Mausklick, whose advice- and qualification approach will finally bepresented.
