VOCATIONAL TRAINING FROM PEDAGOGICAL PRACTICERESUMENLa formación vocacional y la orientación profesional son parte de la educación integral para insertar al sujeto a la vida laboral. Por lo que es una necesidad elevar el número y la calidad de los docentes en nuestras aulas. Esta investigación se realizó con el objetivo de contribuir a la preparación de los docentes, para estimular desde los centros escolares, el interés de los jóvenes por las carreras pedagógicas y prepararlos para su inserción, permanencia y desarrollo en las mismas. La Pedagogía a lo largo de los años como ciencia, tiene valiosas experiencias en la formación del personal docente encargada además por la sociedad de la educación de las nuevas generaciones. Se emplearon métodos, en la investigación como el debate de temas educativos, diálogos con maestros y personalidades destacadas, grupos de reflexión sobre la continuidad de estudios, acciones comunitarias en coordinación con las escuelas que tienen convenios con la universidad, todos han tenido un gran impacto social. Las transformaciones que se han producido en el sistema de formación del personal pedagógico determinan la necesidad de retomar y actualizar algunos aspectos relacionados con la actividad laboral investigativa que desarrollan los estudiantes de las universidades y el papel de las escuelas como microuniversidades.PALABRAS CLAVE: formación vocacional; orientación profesional; permanencia; tutor; microuniversidades; universalización.ABSTRACTVocational formation and professional orientation are part of the integral education to insert individuals in their labour lives. This research was carried out with the objective of contributing to the preparation of teachers, to stimulate from the schools, the interest of young people towards the pedagogical majors and prepare them for their entering, staying and attain a general development. Pedagogy, along the years, as a science, has valuable experiences in the formation of teacher-educators who are committed with society with the formation of new generations. In this research several methods were used, such as the debate of educative topics, dialogues with teachers and outstanding personalities, groups for reflecting on the studies continuity and community actions coordinated with the schools which have official arrangements with the university; all of them with an evident social impact. The transformations produced in the formation system of teacher-educators determine the need to retake and update some aspects related to the labour and investigative activity developed by students from the universities and the role of the schools as microuniversities.
