Das vorliegende Instrumentarium erlaubt es, das Wohnquartier unabhängig von Zensusdaten über Merkmale, die in der eigenen Umfrage erhoben werden, zu charakterisieren.' (Autorenreferat) 'The general hypothesis is that social differentiation causes spatial differentiation. Starting with this hypothesis, the residential areas of respondents can be classified with respect to characteristics describing type of residential area.
