Nurses prime service in a hospital is the best service quality given to patients, based on specific quality standard in order to fulfill or even to surpass patients needs and expectations so that their satisfaction can be achieved and will eventually increase their trust in the hospital. If nurses prime service quality is not perfomed properly or not qualified, it will give bad effect on the hospital, and patients loyalty will decrease. The objective of the research was to analyze the correlation between nurses prime service quality and patients loyalty. The research used correlation method with cross sectional design which analyzed the correlation between nurses prime service quality and patients loyalty. The samples were 96 in patients, taken by using incidental sampling technique. The instrumens were questionnaires about nurses prime service quality and patints loyalty. The hypotesis was tested by using spearman Rank test. Based on the result of the analysis, it was found that p-Value = 0.000 (<0.05) r = 0.815 which indicated that there was positive and significant correlation between nurses prime service quality and patients loyalty. The better the nurses prime service quality was, the more loyal the patients who visited the hospital. 127046027
