Ferrocene is a chemical compound that exhibits exceptional stability due to its aromatic character. It holds an important role in modern medicine given its unique properties as nontoxicity and stability amid physiological conditions. Ferrocene derivatives are displaying widespread use in clinical testing. In this paper it has been described the synthesis of the potentially biologically activated conjugate of ferrocene with O-quinoline joined 1,2,3,-triazole connection vis-a-vis classic reaction "click chemistry", 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of O-alkyne quinoline and ferrocene azide with copper as a catalyst. Structures of synhtesized compounds were validated by IR and NMR spectroscopic analysis.
